Started working with Amelio about two years ago on our build. From pulling electric onto the property to the final light switch, Amelio and his team were great. Reliability with contractors is often allusive here in our area but Amelio worked extremely hard to maintain solid communication the entire 2 years! He is very invested in serving this community and building his business into a company known not only for quality craftsmanship, but honesty and integrity. We had several complex requirements during our build and Amelio was always honest about what his capabilities were and often put in the extra time to research and make sure things were done properly. He stands behind his work and I know if I call him, he's going to answer.

I had Amelio and his team with Risen come out and do a whole house analysis because I've had problems with my electric in my 20 year old home. He did a very thorough job of evaluating everything and making recommendations without pressure. I then had him come out and fix a bunch of things that were not safe. He and his team were reliable and professional and I've learned through observation that Amelio is very particular about the quality of the work. It's personal to him to get it right. Good people and would recommend them to anyone, in fact, already recommended him to my sister who has also hired him to take care of some things in her house. I contacted several electricians to install a backup generator and Amelio was the only one that was reliable and had excellent communication. He keep me informed thru the whole process. others I tried working with would quote and then were never able to commit when they could complete the work. I had a fantastic experience with Rizen electric recently when my water heater disconnect went out. My family only comes up on the weekends and with the water out we thought we'd have to leave, but Rizen responded to our call super quickly and fixed the issue by installing a new disconnect within hours. The prompt response time was important for us since we're not up here during the week, so scheduling fixes are difficult. Along with that he gave a once over of our electric panel and noticed some out of date breakers which he's going to send a follow-up quote for. It was a no pressure conversation, and I appreciate the follow-up with other things that need patched up. Pricing was great as well. Rizen is going to be my go to electrician for our place in the white mountains.
